  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This may include gate codes, lockboxes, or being present during the scheduled service window.

Safety and Property Protection

  • Please inform us about any safety concerns or restricted areas.
  • We recommend securing valuables and delicate outdoor items.
  • Our team follows professional safety standards and uses proper tools and materials.

During the Service

To ensure efficiency and quality results, we recommend limiting interruptions while our team is working. If communication is needed during the project, please do so clearly and respectfully.

After the Service

  • We recommend reviewing the completed work shortly after service.
  • If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Your feedback helps us improve and maintain high service standards.

Service Scope

Services are performed according to the agreed project scope. Work outside the original agreement may require additional time or cost. Please request additional services in advance.

Scheduling and Changes

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may affect scheduling availability.
  • Recurring services follow the agreed schedule unless updated.

Payment Policy
